Please suggest the best defence available for a husband to defend 498A case

There have been situations when a husband has been falsely implicated in 498A case. It then so happens that he is put in jail for 14 days and in that period his mental toughness is broken. Can anybody please suggest how to avoid this

The best option is to file suit for restitution of conjugal rights if your wife is living separately and to file suit for judicial separation if your wife is still living with you.

Its very Tuff to defend totally 498a case by husband...becoz after filling FIR from wife there have to Minimum One Night custody by concern police station and also they have to investigate primerly such case and have to produce Accused within 24 our to subjected court....from where accuse can get regular bail.....and then case going on......

if possible Accused can get Anticipatory Bail before his Arrest from Concern Court...
