Never stayed together after registration

We registered our marriage under special marriage but after registration we never stayed together as husband and wife. Now we are looking for permanent separation. How to proceed with?

After registration of marriage if you do not live together as husband and  wife and if the marriage has not been consumated then it cannot be said to be complete marriage and if it is not a complete marriage the question of divorce cannot arise. In the given situation the only option left for you is to go for annulment of marriage.
